Elaine Clare Grant

Born in Sudbury, Ontario on January 15th, 1947 to William and Helen Muirhead, she lived a life marked with tremendous patience, love, peace, and hope.

We feel relief that she is now freed of her frail body and deep sorrow that she is no longer with us. What a complicated grief.

Elaine was the beloved mother of Erinn and Logan. In addition to being a friend to many,

she was a beautiful sister to Linda (Ian), Susan (Murray) and the late Laurie (Bob),

aunt, cousin, mother-in-law to Dion and Amanda,

and Gran to Cate, Oliver, Harrison, and Teagan.

One thing I ask from the Lord, this only do I seek:

that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life,

to gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple.

For in the day of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling;

he will hide me in the shelter of his sacred tent and set me high upon a rock.

Psalm 27:4-5

Friends may call at the Church of the Resurrection, 1110 Woodbine Ave. (Just north of Danforth Ave.)

on Friday from 10:15 a.m. to 11 a.m.

followed by a Funeral Service at 11 a.m.

Interment Pine Hills Cemetery.
