Corinna is a dear friend who will be remembered today and always

Malcolm and Ethan have been blessed throughout the years with your love and your loving spirit still resides with us and always will. 

Corrina, I feel your presence that you are still here with us. RIP. We will meet again. 

There is so much for me to say about you, but I don't know how to say it.  I shall forever remember the generosity, kindness and comfort that you have given me during the most difficult time of my life.  No words can impart what so deep in my heart.  I am truly blessed to have you as my sister-in-law.  You are gone but never forgotten.  May your body and soul rest in eternal peace.   

I reconnected with Corinna again in Toronto at one of my husband’s alumnae gatherings. I still have memories of our meals together when we had out-of-town MSS69 girls visiting Toronto. May she Rest In Peace. My deepest sympathies to you William. May you find strength in these difficult days.

I have known Corinna for almost 55 years since our Maryknoll school days. Although we were never in the same class, somehow we knew each other probably because we shared the same surname “SO”. I still remember her genuine lovely smile as we greeted each other in school corridors.

Our path crossed again when we came to Toronto 50+ years ago, at University of Toronto, where my brother Patrick became good friends with her brothers Alfred and Vincent.

Then we met up again in the late 1980’s at Mon Sheung Chinese School in Etobicoke where our kids attended Chinese School on Saturday mornings. Both Corrina and William were heavily involved with the Chinese School, in which Chinese language, heritage, culture and philosophy were taught to our kids. Their dedication and assistance for the betterment of the Chinese School and its Parents’ Association were highly commendable and much appreciated. I was also very impressed with the prudent loving ways they brought up their son Benjamin, and at times sought out parenting advice from her in my kids’ younger years. Even after our Mon Sheung days, we still kept in touch from time to time. She was always kind, genuine, helpful, resourceful and practical. 

We are honoured to have had her in our lives, and will always treasure the memories we shared with her. Now that her mission has been accomplished, she has returned to her rightful place of honour and glory in heaven. May her soul rest in perfect peace!

Our deepest sympathies to William, Benjamin and the entire family! May God grant you the strength and comfort to bear this loss. Our prayers and thoughts are with you all!



Corina was a gentle and kind friend.  I recall going to her north point home in f. 3 when she coached me in maths in maryknoll days.  And she kindly invited me to dinner when I first arrived in toronto. Hope that we will still meet up in our after life one day.  May God find Corina an eternal resting place, and we will remember Corina dearly.

My deepest condolences to you on the passing of Corinna. It was so sad for me to receive the news. We grew up together in high school in Hong Kong and may she rest in peace.  My prayers are with you.

I have known Corinna for over 40 years as she married my husband's best friend, William.
She was always a hard working, honest and sincere person.  Her devotion to her family and extended family is most admirable; and so is her courageous and persistent fight against cancer for the past many years.
I will certainly miss her joyous spirit, her humor and her laughter in the days to come.

Corinna, may you rest in peace.

I’m Corinna Lee’s grand nephew and my name is Ethan Josic.  We used to go to the woodbine park centre and go on rides and play games. I will forever treasure these memories and I miss her.

I remember being a flower girl for Aunt Corinna when I was small.   Now my children also have so many beautiful memories.  From the birth of Malcolm and Ethan and since then, she was always there to help with my boys and I needed so much help with twins. I am ever so grateful and blessed with the countless times she and   Uncle William spent special times taking them to fun places or helping me pick them up from school while I was working or helping me when I was just so tired.   

My boys have so many loving memories to cherish.  She was truly special to everyone and especially loving and kind.   We will miss her  dearly.  She had a beautiful loving heart.  

We had so much fun riding bumper cars at the woodbine centre and Auntie always helped me practice math.  I will miss you so much.  I love you.

Corinna was married to Raymond's brother William and we've known her for more than 40 years.  Although we did not see each other often as we live far in Ottawa, Ontario, we travelled to Toronto occasionally to visit them.  Corinna has always shown kindness, gracefulness and strength.  We were most impressed with the way she handled the illness with dignity, inner strength and grace.  She never complained once whenever we talked on the phone during that difficult period.
"Jesus said, 'I am the resurrection and the life, whoever believes in Me shall live even after death' (John 11:25)".  May God rest your soul, Corinna.  You will always be in our hearts.
