Colleen passed away peacefully at home on her 55th Birthday , Friday January the 13th. She will be dearly missed by many , loved by all and never forgotten . Visitation will be held at the Giffen-Mack Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (2570 Danforth Ave. Toronto, Ontario) on Sunday, January 22nd, from 3PM - 7PM. A service will be held in the Giffen-Mack Chapel on Monday, January 23rd at 10:00 A.M. with interment to follow at Duffin Meadows Cemetery (2505 Brock Road North, R.R. #1 Pickering, ON. L1V 2P8)
