Stephen James Foster, age 81, of Toms River, New Jersey passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2024.
A memorial service for Stephen will be held Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at 10:00 AM at St Joseph's RC Church, 685 Hooper Ave, Toms River, New Jersey 08754. Following the memorial service will be a committal service at St Joseph's Catholic Cemetery and Mausoleums, 62 Cedar Grove Rd, Toms River, NJ 08753.
