Durlyn Marie Hunt

On July 2, 2023 Durlyn Marie Temple Hunt, 73 years old passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family in Toms River NJ. She was born on July 26, 1949 at Rahway Hospital in Rahway, NJ. She was employed as a CNA at Copeland Oaks-Crandall Medical Center in Sebring, OH.

She was an amazing mother, grandmother, sister, daughter and friend. She loved spending time with her family. That was the most important thing in her life. She will be greatly missed by so many people.

She is preceded in death by her parents June Sammons Temple and Raymond Temple, her brothers Thomas Temple, Raymond Temple, her sister in law’s Judith Temple and Anna Temple.

She is survived by her loving husband William Verner Hunt, her son Guy Hunt, daughters Constance Davis and her husband Jason, Eileen DeSanto and her husband Robert, Kimberley West and her husband Michael, her siblings Richard Temple and his wife Linda, Robert Temple and his wife Linda, James Temple, her loving sister Robin Stracensky and her husband Peter and Douglas Temple. Grandchildren Ashley Reid and her husband Gary, Sarah Medlock and her husband Kyle, Sabrina Lozito and her longtime boyfriend Christopher, Ryan Shornock, Robert DeSanto, Charley Geist and Lillian West. She is also survived by her great grandchildren Alexandria, Savannah, Brianna, Gabriel and Grace. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.

A committal service will be held on August 7, 2023 at 11:00 am at Brig. General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 350 Provinceline Rd., Wrightstown, followed by a celebration of life repass from 1:00 to 4:00 pm at the Clarion, 815 Route 37 West, Toms River, NJ.
