Carolyn Ann Richter

It is with deep love and sorrow that we mourn the passing of our beloved Mother, Carolyn Ann Richter, Whiting, New Jersey, who passed away with her family by her side Sunday, January 2, 2022 at the age of 79 years.

She will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by her children: Donald Bowens Jr. and wife Maryann, Brian Bowens and wife Sue, Bruce Bowens and wife Nancy, Joseph Bowens and fiance Kathy, Keith Bowens and wife Chris, Donna Fallon and partner Carol, Teresa Callegari and husband Tony, Todd Van Es and husband Adam, Lorilyn Allen; Brother: Vincent Loechner Jr. And wife Debbie. Carolyn has 19 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren. Her loving and loyal companion Priscilla.

Carolyn was predeceased by her loving Sisters: Janice Ramsey and Joyce Scarborough, and her parents: Mildred Kieck, mother and Vincent Loechner Sr, Father.

Carolyn was born on October 06, 1942, in Brooklyn, New York. Carolyn loved to spend time with her family and had many interests including: loved to sing, humor, gardening, crafts, bird watching and talking on the phone. Carolyn always tried to help others whether it be family, friends, neighbors, or anyone in need. Carolyn was very religious and pressed upon everyone the importance of going to church and reading the Bible.

A funeral Mass was held at 9am, on Saturday January 8, 2022, at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 685 Hooper Ave, Toms River. She was Interred at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Toms River.
