Dr. Bradford Richard Hinkle, 69 of Beachwood passed away at home on July 22nd after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his loving wife Constance, daughter Dr. Adrienne Feasel, son-in-law Jamey Feasel, sons David and Alex, and two grandchildren, James and Ava Feasel. Born in Camden, New Jersey, Brad was a graduate of Rutgers University, and subsequently went on to receive a medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Hinkle went on to practice as a family physician for 40 years, caring for his many patients until his retirement in 2013. Brad was always ‘on-call’ whenever family and friends needed him. “Doc” Hinkle was an active member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks Lodge 1875 in Toms River for 13 years where he loved playing in the Darts and Horseshoes leagues. As an avid horse racing aficionado, you could often find “Doc” at Favorites in Toms River. He will be greatly missed by his loving family members and friends. Visitation will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. on Friday, July 29, 2016, with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. at Anderson and Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main St. Toms River. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Toms River Elks Lodge 1875 in memory of Brad. The Toms River Elks is a truly special organization that tirelessly supports individuals and organizations throughout the community, and supported “Doc” during his illness.
