My heart stood still when I heard Mary's name in Church on Saturday.  Even though I was an acquaintance, I so admired her sweetness,  her laughter, and her beauty.  How I would look forward to seeing her at Mass on Saturday these past few years.  Please know she is loved and will always have a special place in my heart and in my life. Mary Margaret was a favorite friend of mine to fly with. Such a sweetie. I am in shock at her passing, like all of us. She exuded a kindness, goodness and light. I will miss her terribly, as we all will. RIP, beautiful lady.

Mary Margaret’s last text to me read “Hope our paths cross again”.  Our paths probably first crossed when Mary Margaret was in first grade at Saint Charles  Borromeo and I was in eighth grade.  Little did we know that someday we would be working flying together. Mary Margaret was the nicest person I know who truly was beautiful inside and out. Mary Margaret was a beautiful soul, who radiated warmth, compassion and love.  She was the  shining light in any situation, and gave us all an example to strive for.   Mary was also the perfect roommate, perfect travel companion, and perfect friend.  Hugs and love to John and her family.   We will miss you sweet friend.  

Mary always made me feel welcome and always had a smile on her face.  I am so grateful I got to spend time with her.

I feel blessed that Mary came into our dental office years ago and was not only a patient but a dear friend. She had a gift to make everyone feel special. We shared stories about family, vacations, travel, and day-to-day life. My heart breaks that she is not with us anymore but I know that God gained an amazing angel.

Mary was one of the kindest people I’ve ever known. I will cherish the memories of our trips together, sharing good books and lots of laughter. Lifting John and her entire family in prayer. 

Mary Margaret was one of those people that you would aspire to be.  Always thoughtful and kind; genuinely so.  MM would always ask how the other person was.  Very rarely did she ever speak about herself.  You had to work it out of her!  She was always ready for a laugh.  And that smile lit up the space.

I have no words that can ever describe what a wonderful, special, shining light that Mary Margaret ALWAYS was, and will continue to be. She could change your day, your trip, your life just by being her beautiful and humble self. I will always remember her, with great joy, and I know that she still shines around us all.
