Guylene W. Kelley passed away on May 31, 2024. Guylene, was a lifelong volunteer at Stella Maris and worked tirelessly with Civitan. Education was very important to Guylene, she helped several seminary student over the years, and assisted family members with their master’s degree. She was the Registrar at Marymount University.
Guylene was the loving wife of the late Herbert Allen Kelley; devoted mother of James M. Kelley and his wife Gayle, Kent A. Kelley and his wife Jeanne, Catherine K. Johnson and her husband Tom, and Ronald A. Kelley and his wife Glenda; cherished grandmother of Heather, Jacob, Jacki, Brittani, Christopher, Lauren, Jason, Jennifer, and Casey; also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
Interment will take place at National Memorial Park Cemetery on Wednesday, July 5, 2024 at 12pm. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be directed in Guylene’s memory to the Civitan International, PO Box 382857 Birmingham, Alabama 35238.
