Elliot, How sad I was to learn of your passing. You and my son David had a wonderful time during your school years, and I will always remember you being a guest in my home. As you both got older it was every weekend in Ocean City to fish!

My best friend throughout elementary school. We had a lot of fun times riding bikes, playing in the woods and building Lego fishing boats. Thoughts and prayers with all of the Rice family and friends.

This was one of his all time favorite places we would go and he would get the all you can eat crab legs and boy could he eat some crab legs I think that night he ate about 15 pounds Lol!!

So sorry for your loss Elliott was very important to our family and he will be missed dearly.  He was a very kind, gentle soul with the most wonderful and warm disposition.  He was very loved by all!
