Edward "Ed" Francis McGarity Jr., age 80, passed away on Friday, September 1, 2023. He is the beloved husband of Lynn McGarity; father of Edward F. McGarity III, and his wife Robbin, Kelly McGarity and Mollie McGarity ; step father of Brittany Parry and Billy Parry ; cherished grandfather of Taylor, Luke, Ed F. IV, Sean, Meredith, Chase and Cammie; great grandfather of Tyago ; brother of Patricia Ann Concannon, Elizabeth Polanowski, Margaret Ann, Timothy R., Thomas M., Theodore C. and Daniel J. McGarity and the late Teresa, Sean, Michael McGarity. Ed is also survived by many nieces , nephews and friends .
