Maria Esther Vazquez Garcia, age 72, of Denver, Colorado passed away on Saturday, June 25, 2022. Maria was born December 26, 1949 in Zacatecas, Mexico to the late Marcelino Perez Ortiz and Maria Santos Garcia Chavez.
Maria loved her family dearly; she took great pleasure in caring for her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Family was very important to Maria, getting together with extended family for holidays and celebrations brought her much joy. Her favorite music was Rancheras.
A kind and humble person, Maria enjoyed gardening, flowers, traveling, and family parties. Maria knew no strangers; she was generous and friendly, she would talk to everyone.
A favorite memory is of Maria lighting up whenever she was around her youngest grandchild. She taught him to dance; and she would say, "Baile" and he would start moving his little legs and laughing.
Maria was also a confidant, who would share her faith; experience and love to ensure you knew she genuinely loved and cared for you.
Maria will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
