Passed away suddenly on Tuesday, August 31, 2010 at his home at the age of 85. Beloved husband of Doreen for 57 years. Caring father of Jennifer, Ian, Brian, Ronald, and Sally (Keith Deen). Loving grandfather of Brittany and Brian. Alan will be fondly remembered by all his family and friends. As per his request, a Private Family Service has been planned. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or St. Theodore of Canterbury Anglican Church.
