Martha Gail Dotson McDaniel

Martha was born in Thomasville, August 1, 1960, a daughter of the late Bobby Dotson and Judy Davenport Dotson. She was employed by Marsh Furniture for many years and then was employed with the Workshop of Davidson. Martha was a member of the Joy and Praise Worship Center and had a passion of singing for the Lord with the Southern Gospel Express. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter and sister.

Surviving are her husband, Todd McDaniel of the home; six sons, Steven Willis and wife Tiffany of Lexington, Kevin Willis of Trinity, Billy Willis and wife Jessica, David Willis and wife Jessica and Kelly Cooper and wife Nikki, all of Dillon, SC and Brady McDaniel of Pinnacle; her mother of Thomasville; a brother, Richard Dotson and wife Darlene of Thomasville; nine grandchildren, Emma, Ashlyn, Kirsten, Madelyn, Landon, Levi, Kenyon, Jaden and Kassidy; one niece and three great-nieces and three nephews and five great-nephews.

A Celebration of Martha’s Life will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Christian Cathedral Church by Pastor Joe Dillon and Pastor Doug McGee. Burial will follow in Floral Garden Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Thomasville Funeral Home Monday from 7 until 9 p.m.
