Age 50, passed away on Sunday, May 11, 2014. He was born in Milwaukee, grew up in Thiensville, WI, and was a resident of West Bend, WI for seven years. He graduated from Homestead High School and UW-Milwaukee. Rob served as a proud veteran of the Army National Guard. He worked for AT&T as a marketing / publishing rep. Rob was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Nancy Oser. He is survived by his long time girlfriend, Diane Edgar and her son, Brandon; two brothers, David (Kim), and Steve; and a sister, Diane (Mitch) Wiersema. He is further survived by two nieces, Katie and Emily Wiersema, and two nephews, Dan (Anah) Wiersema and Alexander (Mary Kemp) Oser. Rob lived an active life - he loved to travel and especially enjoyed outdoor activities such as hiking and canoeing. He was a big lover of music, particularly smooth jazz, and attending concerts. He was an avid fan of the Packers and Brewers, but most of all he valued spending time with his loved ones. A memorial service will be held at Crossroads Presbyterian Church, 6031 W.
