Emory B. Jacobson

Born to Eternal Life on July 29, 2014, at the age of 89 years. Preceded in death by his wife Marjorie and his son Allan. Loving father of Edward (Val) Jacobson, Denise Klumb, Cynthia Vento, Barry Jacobson, Richard (Carrie) Jacobson, Andrea Torres and Paulette (Kevin) Kelly. Dear grandfather of Jim (Jen) Jacobson, Tim (Ashley) Jacobson, Andrew (Jenna) Klumb, Angela (Greg) Clemons, Patrick (Brenda) Vento, Joshua (Kelsey) Jacobson, Erica Torres, Marisa Fye, Jamie Fye, Victoria Kelly and Alexis Kelly. Further loved by his 5 great-grandchildren, his brother Marvin (Sally) Jacobson, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by 3 siblings.

Emory was the proud father of 8 children, grandfather of 11 and great-grandfather of 5. He was married to Marjorie for 45 years until her passing in 1994. He was a hard working man supporting his family with a large garden, raising various farm animals, working at Imperial Bondware, of Menomonee Falls for 29 years along with various part time jobs. After retirement, he enjoyed a smaller garden (giving away much of the produce), following the polka dancing circuit and fishing area lakes. He wasn't much of a traveler, but he did see Alaska with one of his sons. He could fix anything, and enjoyed teaching his children this talent. He was an avid Brewers fan and was still splitting wood at the age of 89.

Visitation at the Funeral Home on Saturday, August 16 from 1:00 PM until time of Funeral Service at 3:00 PM. Interment to follow at Trinity-West Mequon Church Cemetery.
