She grew up there and graduated from Leavenworth High School. Being a beautiful woman full of energy, she left an everlasting impression on everyone she met. All will remember her smile and humor, her welcoming heart and soul, and her passion for being a wife, mother, and grandmother to her family.
After graduating from Leavenworth High School, she met the love of her life, John Beck, in 1963. John was in the military when they met and he began working towards his college degree from Ottawa University. They were a match made in heaven and complimented every aspect of one another.
