Judith H. Radice, beloved wife of 33 years to Richard Radice, and cherished mother of Michael Radice, Amanda Radice, and Tommy Radice, finished her courageous and noble fight with cancer on July 14, 2012.
Judi was born in Lawrence, MA on July 24, 1954, daughter of the late Robert Hambleton and her mother Irene Hambleton. In addition to her husband, children, and mother, Judi is survived by her siblings Susan Constantineau, David Hambleton, Thomas Hambleton, and Nancy Vaillencourt.
Much of her life was spent focusing on her friends and family, with selfless love and a willingness to sacrifice her time and energy to ensure those dear to her were happy, healthy and comforted in times of need. She had a true passion for cooking and baking, and loved her dogs as if they were her children. Judi spent many spring and summer days working in her gardens, and celebrated the holidays with child-like excitement and infectious passion.
She will be remembered for her quick wit, undying compassion, and her ability to find the humor in life’s most difficult trials. She lived a life full of laughter, surrounded by her family and friends. A true example of both bravery and perseverance, Judi lived as she died with strength, passion, love for all those in her life, and a deep faith in the Lord.
A mass of celebration of her life will be held on Thursday, July 19, 2012 at 11:00 am at Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 7801 Bay Branch Drive, The Woodlands, TX. The family will be receiving friends beginning at 5:00pm on Wednesday, July 18th, 2012 at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home with a vigil service starting at 7:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Make a Wish Foundation or Ronald McDonald House.
