Erin Elizabeth Black passed away October 21st, 2021. She was born in Rogers, Arkansas on June 16th, 1983. Erin graduated from Klein Oak High School and received a Finance Degree from the University of Houston. She was married to Thomas Hayden Black on October 10th, 2020.
Erin found a passion for a career in teaching late in life and for the last 3 years worked for the Cy-Fair school district. She was a member of the Rodeo Express Committee for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for the past 17 years.
Many things brought joy in her life, but nothing more than family, travel, Astros, dancing, and friends.
She is survived by her spouse Thomas and daughter's Madison 17, Savanna 15, Emersyn 12, and Hailey 10. She is also survived by her parents Sherrie and Joe Shackleford.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11 AM on November 13th at Forest Park the woodlands funeral home.
