Diane Marie Hill, age 80, of Conroe, Texas passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2022. Diane was born in Pasadena, California but lived in London, England, Brooklyn, NY, Tarzana, CA, and San Diego, CA before moving to Conroe Texas in 2002. In addition to raising four children she worked various jobs and lastly, spent 21 years as an Information Operator for Pacific Bell before retiring in 2002. But the job she did best was being a mom and Grandma. In her retirement she served on the board of the Welcoming Neighbor Club and was the Vice President for several years. Through the club she met many wonderful ladies and very good friends. She had an active social life playing bunco, canasta, going to the theatre, and spending time with family.
Diane is survived by her son David Hill, and his wife Loretta Hill ; her son Steven Hill and his wife Paula Hill; her son Christopher Hill and his wife Christine Hill; and her daughter Amy Wolf and her husband Duane Wolf; her Sister Melinda Carpenter; Grandchildren Mary Hill, Ryan Hill, Alyssa Hill, Allison Wolf, Kaitlyn Wolf and Great Granddaughter Gia May.
Diane was preceded in death by her father Richard Decker, mother Mary; her brother Richard Decker, and her husband Charles Hill.
A memorial service for Diane will be held Friday, December 2, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Forest Park - The Woodlands Funeral Home, 18000 Interstate 45 S, The Woodlands, TX 77384, followed by a reception from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
