Lori Teresa Nipper, age 58, of Texarkana, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2022. Lori was born April 20, 1964 in Texarkana, TX.
Survivors include her sons, David Lee Cook of Texarkana, TX; daughter, April Barrett of Texarkana, TX; son, Cody Nipper of Texarkana, TX; brother, Jay Cook, Jr. of Texarkana, TX : father, James Cook, Sr. of Texarkana, TX; and five grandchildren.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
