Lillian McMurry Hill

Lillian McMurry Hill, 90, passed away Friday, September 27, 2013 in a Mena, AR hospital. She was born on May 3, 1923 in Texarkana, TX and was a member of First United Methodist Church in Cocoa Beach, FL and she was a homemaker.

Mrs. Hill was preceded in death by her first husband Houston McMurry, brother, Sam Phillips and a grandson, Jonathon McMurry.

Survivors include husband Raymond Hill of Merritt Island, FL, a son and daughter-in-law: Neal and Cindy McMurry of DeKalb, TX; daughter and son-in-law Sarah and Pat McLeod of Houston, TX; brother Henry Phillips of Atlanta, GA; 7 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be at 2 pm Monday, September 30, 2013 at East Memorial Chapel-Moores Lane with Rev. Nancy L. Stow officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park under the direction of East Funeral Home-Moores Lane.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Water Springs Ranch in Texarkana.

Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Sunday, September 29, 2013 at East Funeral Home-Moores Lane.
