Kelly Frost , 50 of Texarkana, Arkansas passed away November 30, 2019 in a local hospital.
Mr. Frost was born September 10, 1969 in Texarkana, Texas .
Survivors include his 3 brothers, Troy, James and Wesley Frost and his nieces and nephews, Weston Garrett Frost, Jansen Frost, Leah Johnson and Jessica Sweeten.
The family will have a private service at a later date.
