Katherine Ann Moreland

Katherine Labella Moreland, 78, of Texarkana AR died September 6, 2021 with her family present. Katherine was born January 3rd, 1943 in Indianola MS. She worked 24 years at GTE and 7 years as Office Manager at Moreland Ice Company. She was a devoted member of Saint Edward’s Catholic Church and loved working at Outreach with her many friends. Her passion was her family, cooking for others and being an avid Razorback fan!

She is preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Christine Labella; her husband Oscar Owen Moreland Jr; her brothers Louis Labella (Eleanor) of Indianola MS; Anthony Labella (Nell) of Columbus MS; Ignatius Labella (Ann); and Carl Labella (Dianne) of Indianola MS.

She is survived by her children, Owen Moreland lll (Julie) of Texarkana AR; Lenna Moreland Quinn (Brooks) of Park City UT; her grandchildren, Creighton Quinn (Paige) of Edwards CO; Owen Moreland IV (Stephanie) of Texarkana TX; Christine Twito (Daniel) of Plano TX, and Tyler Moreland of Texarkana AR; her great grandchildren, Owen Moreland V of Texarkana, TX and Quinn Jordan Twito of Plano TX.
