Johnny Reed, age 82, of Texarkana, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, November 10, 2021. Johnny was born February 15, 1939 in Texarkana, AR. He was a member of the Army National Guard; owner of Reed Timber Products, Inc.; and member of Trinity Baptist Church.
Johnny was preceded in death by his father, Jasper Clinton Reed; and mother and stepfather, Winifred Perkins Michael and Paul Michael.
Survivors include his wife, Anne Crowell Reed; sons and daughters-in-law, Darin Clinton and Linda Reed and Shaon Clinton and Jacinda Reed; grandchildren, Brittany Joy Reed, Dillon Clinton Reed, Taylor McClain and Camryn Shaw; and a very close friend, Dona Odom.
Graveside service will be 2 p.m., Saturday, November 13, 2021 at Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Rev. Wallace Edgar officiating under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
Memorials may be made to St. Judes Hospital.
