Jimmy Thomas Hensley

Born in Moline, IL on March 1, 1958, to parents Lonnie L. and Lois W. (Rainwater) Hensley, Tim spent most of his life in Texarkana and the surrounding area. He was a talented musician who loved music, playing guitar, searching for hidden treasures at yard sales and working on machines and gadgets. His funny, easy-going and generous nature endeared him to all who came to know him.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents and four of his brothers: Tommy, David, Louis and Mike Hensley, as well as a niece, Kelly Hensley.

Tim’s surviving loved ones include: Brother Jerry and sister-in-law Phyllis (Pankey) Hensley; Sister-in-law Patty (Fulgium) Hensley who is David’s widow; Sister Cendy (Hensley) and brother-in-law Jay Nelson; Sister Deborah (Hensley) and brother-in-law John Tibbit; Nieces and Nephews Becky (Hensley) Hill, Jerry Hensley, Greg Hensley, Melissa Hensley, Lori (Hensley) Amor, Robin Ennis, Christy (Hensley) Gullion, Leslie Hensley, Britney (Hensley) Chasteen, Raygin (Crudup) Davis, Waylon Crudup and Siera Nelson and great-niece Samantha Hensley; and many more great and great-great nephews and nieces. Tim’s beloved extended family members include: Roy and Carol (Murphy) Scoggins and Roger, Gena (Scoggins), Gauge, Bree and Haylee Bustin.

While we will mourn and miss him greatly, we also take comfort in knowing we will reunite with him one day in Heaven.
