Evelyn M. Kelley, 94. of Texarkana, AR passed away March 12, 2013 at the home of her daughter. Mrs. Kelley was born March 15, 1918 in New Boston, TX. She was a member of Hardy Memorial Methodist Church and Rondo Methodist Church.
Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Sandra Means of Plantersville, TX, Michaele and J. R. Brewer of Tyler, TX and Andy and Neal Oliver of Texarkana, AR; grandchildren, Rob Oliver and Traci Oliver Whatley both of Texarkana, AR, John B. Means, III and Christoper Means both of Plantersville, TX, Brack E. Bivens of Tyler, TX and Rachel Thompson of Flint, TX; 8 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m., Thursday, March 14, 2013 at Rondo United Methodist Church with Rev. Buddy Hamner officiating.
Burial will be in Rondo Memorial Park under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
