Dovie Young, age 73, of Texarkana, Arkansas passed away on Monday, November 18, 2024 at her home. She was born on August 27, 1951 in Wausau, WI.
She was preceded in death by her son, Jeffery Sawer, brother, Fred Young, grandmother, Maud Reynolds and great grandson, Timothy Jack Young.
Survivors include her husband, Timmy Young; daughter and son-in-law Cloie and Richard Fisher; sister Cathryn Smith; grandson, Timothy Mullins; granddaughter, Nicole Young and her husband Ricky Young, Jr.; one granddaughter, four grandsons and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral service will be 1pm Friday November 22, 2024 at Full Gospel Tabernacle Church with Rev. Larry Bracknell officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens under direction of East Funeral Home-Downtown.
