Charlotte Hughes Grubbs, age 89, of Texarkana, Texas passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2023. Charlotte was born November 17, 1933 in Greeneville, TN. She was a teacher for 35 years and retired from Bakersfield California City School District.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alan Reel Grubbs; and a son, Harry Alan Grubbs.
Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, John and Anna Grubbs, Joseph Grubbs, and Brandon and Kim Grubbs; 9 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 1 niece and 1 nephew.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home - Moores Lane.
