I can't believe it's been 3 wks since I last your amazing and handsome face. I miss you so much, Jerry.  I don't understand. I will never understand. I know I'm not suppose to question why you are no longer here to share a life we fought so hard to have.  We loved each other so deeply & so passionately.  My love for you will never fade. So though I didnt personally know Mr.Jerry I had spoken with him on several occasions and he helped me with things I needed  for our cars and every time  he was always so nice kind and helpful.. He always had a smile and often joked around with people as he helped them.  Though I didnt have the pleasure of knowing him on a personal level I know how amazing he was because not only could you just tell I did have the pleasure of knowing  his babygirl Natalie whom is one of the greatest young lady I've ever meet.. Her heart and personality speaks volumes on her Mom and Dad . Her heart is so amazing and she is always so loving ,caring and full of life.. I consider her my bonus daughter we have a few of them BUT shhhh she is one of my favorites. My heart is absolutely aching for her because I know how she feels.. I didnt have the pleasure of knowing Melissa and Savannah until now but my husband and I will be there for all three of you from now on... I just wanna tell Melissa and the girls I know words will never begin to heal your pain but please know that we are here for you guys and we love yall.. You guys have our deepest condolences.. Please remember though it sounds cliche even though you can't see him he is still here pay attention you will see signs from him to show you he is close your eyes and listen and you will hear him speaking to you... You girls are so strong and with the help , love and support we will help you through this taking it all one day at a time..

Jerry, you were my world, my life, my heart, my soul. You were my everything. I don't know how to live in this world without you.  I just don't. You were and will always be the love of my life.  You made me so happy. When I talked to people/customers about you, they saw my face light up. I would have this smile on my face that  reached for miles and I couldn't stop smiling when I talked about you. Telling them how blessed I was to be your wife.  Oh how much I loved you. I'm so lost w/o you, Jerry. You weren't suppose to leave me so soon. We had so many plans. We didn't get to take that trip we were going to take in 2 wks. It was going to be just you and me. It was going to be our time.  I guess it will happen in my dreams now, when you visit me there. I will hold on to that like I will hold on to you for the rest of my life. I know how much you loved me, Jerry. You showed me everyday in the life we shared together.  I will take care of the 2 special and amazing gifts you gave me, our daughters Savannah and Natalie. I will look for you in them now. Their smile, their laugh, their walk, their hand movements, their eyes and so much more.  We will lean on each other with your arms wrapped around us and you giving us your strength to keep going. Thank you. Thank you for all you did for me. Thank you for being my husband and best friend. You taught me what true, unconditional love was. It's not just about the good times its about the bad times also. Facing them together and knowing that we could survive anything as long as we loved each other. And we did. We really did. I love you so much, Baby.  I know I will see you again someday and I will run to you and I will being crying happy tears cause I know we are reunited for eternity. I will NEVER have to let you go again. What a wonderful man that will be missed by so many. He will always be remembered as a great father husband friend and neighbor. He was the one i always went to with my car trouble questions like so many others. He was always willing to help if he could and that is part of what made him a great man. The other part was how much he loved his family. I know we all can attest to the fact that they were the reason his heart was so full of love for others. Melissa, nat and savannah please know that we love you and are always here to lend a shoulder or an ear. Praying for you all during this terrible time.  **Penny and Family.**

Words can not express how I feel for this family Jerry is a great man always had a smile on whenever he came into the 9th street store to see Meloona and at that point in my life I I was in a bad place but Meloona and Jerry never judge me quick with a funny voice and Meloona always a smile to the time at SCOTTYS when I got a hug form Jerry to when I brought him a OJ and a Kolache form Shipley’s my heart skipped a beat when Meloona told me whenever they could they would help me out me a kid who just kinda fell into they’re laps always tell me to be safe and always so quick to help so here’s to you Jerry and Meloona my truest friends I love y’all 

We'll always remember that special smile,that caring heart,that warm embrace,you always gave us. You being there for mom and us,through good and bad times,no matter what. We'll always remember you Daddy because they'll never be another one to replace you in our hearts,and the love we'll always have for you. I love you Daddy.💚

As sad as we are at this time, we know Jerry is now able to spread his wings and fly.  He will be with us as we see the red birds each morning.
