Virginia Rose Harmon was born December 5th, 1947, in Coffeyville, Kansas. She was the youngest sibling of five brothers and sisters to Purnell and Lucille McCoullough of Coffeyville, Kansas. Soon after her birth, the family moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico, where she grew up and graduated from High School.
In 1981, she moved to Round Rock, Texas and met Ronnie Charles Harmon of Temple, Texas., where they began a lifelong journey together that lasted over 42 years.
Survivors include her husband, Ronnie Charles Harmon of Temple, Texas; one daughter, Seana Fischer of Temple, Texas; three grandchildren, Robert Hurley and Marginia Hurley of Steamboat Springs, Colorado and Zachery Hurley of Sterling, Colorado; two great-granddaughters, Isis Hurley of Waco, Texas, and Misty Hurley currently residing in Stephenville, TX.
A memorial service will be held at 11:30am Sunday, November 26, 2023 at the Temple Elks Lodge, 2613 Airport Rd., Temple, Texas 76504.
