Gordon Warren Robertson

Gordon Warren Robertson, age 69, of Belton, Texas passed away on Tuesday April 28, 2020 In Temple, Texas of Glioblastoma. Gordon was born June 14, 1950 in Bakersfield, CA. A visitation for Gordon will be held Friday, May 8, 2020 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home, Temple, Texas. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 9, 2020 at 10:00 AM, Temple, TX with Reverend Jim Crothers will be officiating. A burial will follow at North Belton Cemetery, Belton, Texas. Gordon and Emily were married on January 18, 1988 at the Church of the Good Shepherd (Episcopal) in Augusta, Georgia. Gordon earned his B. A. in music education from University of Southern California and earned his M. A. in Vocal Performance from University of Arizona. He also earned his B. A. in Counseling from Sam Houston State University. Gordon was a Pediatric Psychotherapist with Baylor Scott & White/McLane's Children's Hospital. He was a member of the Vineyard Christian Fellowship of Temple. The Robertson family moved to the Temple/Belton area in 2007. Gordon is survived by his wife, Emily (Burgess) Robertson, his daughters, Sarah Elizabeth Foster, Laura Emily Holmen, and his granddaughters, Victoria Anne Stevenson, and Alexandrea Elizabeth Lenice Foster.
