Larry Vernon Gamble

Larry was born in Thorndale on December 23, 1935, the son of Yetta (Gamble) Clark and Harry O. Clark. He farmed most of his life and retired from landscaping. On October 17, 1953, he married the “love of his life”, Arnell (Kelm) Gamble. They were married 60 wonderful years at the time of his death.

Survivors include his wife Arnell Gamble of Thorndale, son Larry Thomas Gamble and wife Evelyn of San Marcos, daughter Brenda Cervenka and husband Wesley of Thorndale, son Travis Gamble and wife Dina of Thorndale, and daughter Samantha Mundkowsky and husband Ronald of Taylor, fourteen Grandchildren, eleven Great-grandchildren, and two more on the way.

Pallbearers are Grandsons Andrew Gamble, Travis Gamble II, J.D. Zycha, Dalton Zycha, Derek Mundkowsky, Shane Mundkowsky, Nick Trevino and Keith Wilkerson.

Our Family would like to thank his primary doctor, Dr. Chang of Scott & White Clinic in Taylor, the hospital staff from Scott & White Hospital in Round Rock and the Hospice staff caregivers also from Scott & White.
