Fernando was blessed with a large and loving family. He loved fishing and taking trips to the coast. He loved working with his hands and was a talented carpenter. He was funny and enjoyed making others laugh. He was a child at heart and loved being outdoors. From the very beginning, Fernando was a humble and gentle soul, quiet yet strong. He was kind and soft-spoken, and always had time to make conversation. He will be dearly missed by his loved ones, who celebrate the fact that he is at peace with his creator.
Fernando is survived by his parents, Manuel & Bonnye Ortiz, Eva & Robert Flores, his sister Amanda Ortiz, Grandmother Aurora Ortiz along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his brother, Mario Ortiz, Grandparents Ralph & Silveria Hernandez, Grandfather Domingo Ortiz, and numerous other family members.
