Tuttle, William Brock, 89, of Tampa passed away on December 22, 2015. He was born on March 26, 1926 to the late William McCall Tuttle and Julia Bond Brock. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Pat; three children, loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Bill worked for MetLife for 41 years and a member of St. James United Methodist Church. He served in the Navy for 4 years, attended The Citadel for 1 year, graduated from Duke University in 1950 where he was a member of PKA fraternity and president of the debate team. Memorial services will be held January 23, 2016 at St. James United Methodist Church at 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the cancer society or St. James United Methodist Church.
