William R Snyder

Proud of his 40+ years of distinguished service to his country in both the US Army and the US Marshalls Service.

Bill was never seen without a CIGAR!! He loved his country, his Family, going fishing, and his dogs. His scowl was legendary, and those lucky enough to be in his life knew his loyalty, his honor and his dry sense humor.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 62 years Jane W. Snyder; daughter in law Sandra L. Snyder; granddaughter Meaghan V. Latham; father Ralph R. Snyder and mother Sadie M. Lemmon.

Bill is survived by his son, William R Snyder, Jr and his wife Leah; daughter, Susan L Latham; Sister, Ruth Sayler; Granddaughter , Alicia J. Spears and her husband, Michael; Grandsons, Chad A. Snyder and Austin B Latham; three great grandchildren, A’Joli Eskandari, Arianna Eskandari; Alexandra Spears.

The family will receive friends from 10:00am-12:00pm on Friday February 18, 2022, at Blount and Curry Carrollwood Funeral Home located at 3207 W. Bears Ave. Tampa, FL 33618. Military Honors will take place at 1:00 on Friday, February 18, 2022 at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
