Parks, Tracy L. 51, of Tampa, FL, passed away on Wednesday, February 11th, at home. She was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and grew up in Dade City, FL before moving to Tampa in 1973. She worked for Tampa General as a nurse and worked as an office manager for multiple firms in the Tampa Bay area. Tracy loved her dogs and walked them frequently. She was preceded in death by her mother, Marilyn Hermann; and her brother, Jeff Hermann. She is survived by her husband, Ralph Parks; daughter, Heather (Timmy Shepherd) Bocci; son, Garrett Bocci; grandsons, Gaige and Tripp Shepherd; brother, Marc (Monica) Hermann; nephew, Marcus Hermann. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 21st at a time to be determined at Faith Tabernacle Church-God, 6015 Interbay Blvd, Tampa, FL 33611.
