Sylvia was born in Memphis, Tenn. on November 7, 1942.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years, James; son, Jimmy Stewart, grandsons, David Stewart, Tyler Stewart; brothers, Robert (Yvonne), John (Camille); nieces, Arlesia, Renore, Linelle, Leah, Makenna, Monica; nephews, Robert Daniel, Chris.
She has been attending Destiny Worship Center for many years and previously Christian International, Living Waters Church and Abundant Life Church.
A visitation will be held at Destiny Worship Center in the Chapel, 122 Poinciana Blvd, Miramar Beach, FL 32550 on May 30, 2020 from 10-11 a.m. for friends and family. A celebration of life will be held immediately thereafter at 11a.m.
A graveside service will be held 12:30 p.m., Saturday, June 6, 2020 in Myrtle Hill Memorial Park, 5048 E. Lake Ave., Tampa, FL 33610.
