May 20, 2023.  The day we went to Universal Studios- Orlando.  Although not everyone is pictured, we had a big group of us, including your boys.  It was a short trip to the park but it was so fun! You also had a chance to go to Howl-A-Scream... your third trip to Universal this year! You also attended the Beyonce concert with Stacy! I wished I were with you both at the concert! I wished I could've gone to Disney with you at some point, but I'm so glad I had so many moments and visits with you this year.   So much more than usual.  *We honored my sister, Sybil, Saturday, 12/02/23.  It was a beautiful service and above expectations.  So much love, pain & forgiveness in the room surrounded by loved ones and friends.  I can't believe we had to say goodbye to our baby sister.
**Today is 12/04/23 and it's my birthday.  A milestone bday and it's sad and bittersweet.  I'm not a big celebrator of birthdays but I sure do wish she were still here and that this was just a bad, crazy dream.  Who would've known that this is how it would end up to be??  Beyond belief and broken-hearted 💔 😢

We worked up an appetite for dinner at Little Eataly inside of the Park MGM, after walking miles up & down " the strip" of Las Vegas Blvd.  Sybil's first and only trip to Vegas and she loved it.  We loved being together and sharing the experience with her.  Wishing that we could have had more moments like this.😍

We had a sisters trip and met up in Las Vegas to attend Usher's residency concert at the Park MGM on March 3, 2023.  We had a blast!  That night, we planned to do something similar, like more trips, in the future.  I know you had dreams of traveling more.  Thailand was on your list. 🇹🇭

I met the beautiful Angel Sybil when my brother married her older sister Alena. You will be missed, and I wish I had the opportunity to spend more time with you and get to know you better. Rest in peace 💜💜💜

I still remember being that kid in the interbay house that you, Mah-Mah, and Auntie Stacy had to watch when my mom wasn’t there. You, mom, and Auntie Stacy always had a way with coloring in the coloring books. outlining the lines with markers and filling them in with crayons— I don’t know why that always fascinated me? Maybe because it always looked SO perfect. However, that’s not my favorite memory though. My favorite memory has to be of you showing me Pokémon: Yellow on the original gameboy. The first time I ever was shown Pokémon. Almost 27 years later, and I still will never forget that. So thank you for that. Thank for permanently leaving a lasting and unforgettable memory in my life. Thank you for being a kind, gentle, loving Aunt. Thank you for being a beautiful sister to my Mom. Thank you for being a friend and sister to Aunt Stacy. Thank you for being a Daughter to Mah-Mah. Thank you for being a Mom to Micah and Javon. Thank you for existing, and i’m heartbroken that you’re gone. It pains me that you’re gone. I’ll see you again someday Auntie. I love you. Somchai loves you. I always will. Rest easy.

My Auntie Sybil was the kindest, and most patient person you’ll ever meet. Her smile,  and especially  her laugh, always lit up the room, and brought joy to everyone around her.  I’m forever thankful for the memories made with her the past summer at Universal Studios.  I will always remember her for being not only a  great mother for her kids, micah and javon, but also for being the most amazing aunt I could ask for. I love you Auntie Sybil.

I was devastated to learn about Sybil's passing. I remembered when Sybil and Stacy rode up my street in a pink power wheel—the day we first met and became friends. Our childhood adventures in their tree house are some of my most cherished memories.

Please know that my heart is with you during this immensely difficult time. I hope the love and beautiful memories you shared provide some comfort. Sybil will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Rest in peace friend🕊️

… I remember being in the darkest time I’ve ever experienced a couple years ago, and how you showed up for me. I didn’t want to go on with life, only wanted to give up and disappear into the abyss— isolate from the world. You let me mourn my way, didn’t say too much, yet knew exactly what I needed to be comforted. You prepared home cooked meals for me, lended me your ear to hear me vent and cry… just surrounding me in your warm presence started me back on a healthy path to heal.

Although your light has been dimmed… the memories of you and the imprints you’ve left on the hearts around you will continue to shine bright forever. Thank you for being an amazing sister, a loving mother, a caring aunt, a true friend, and selfless daughter. This evil world never deserved you. My heart is completely shattered, but I’m so blessed that Jehovah has allowed you to grace our lives, even only for this short time. You’re at peace now. Rest up, my beautiful little sister. I will see you again someday… that is our Heavenly Father’s promise. I LOVE YOU more than life itself. This empty void in my heart can never be replaced by another you. 💔

To say that I am shocked is an understatement….I, like others I’m sure, didn’t see this coming and my heart completely breaks for sybil and her family. She is such a beautiful soul and it’s sad to think I won’t see her again. When sybil and I first met we were so young I believe she was 15 and I was 13 at Florida state fairgrounds, which our sisters actually used us as scapegoats just to get out the house lol upon seeing her i remember thinking she was so pretty and  had the silkiest long black hair all way down her back. It was odd to me at first because you don’t met many pretty girls that so down to earth and cool. I don’t think she knew at the time but those times that we bonded meant so much to me then bcuz at that time she seen me as a normal person and a genuine friend when nobody seen me at that time which makes this tough. I was just saying that I wanted to catch up with you again and now were here but I know God has a plan for her and I just hope that she able to rest easy. I wish and pray for healing and support for her babies, sisters, brother, mother, and any and everyone she was close to. Cover you peace, comfort, courage, and lots of love at this time of sorrow. This picture was taken over 20 years ago. I remember this day like it was yesterday. This was the day you finally accepted me and Stacy’s many requests to hang out with us.

Me and Stacy would’ve never guessed in a million years that you would leave this world before us.

You will always and forever be a shining light in the family.

Sis I can't believe your gone it seems like it was just yesterday when I first met your sister my now wife and you answered the door both of you was wearing some Lil tight shorts and I was thinking damn maybe I got the wrong sister but then I found out your age and was like well I gotta stick with the older 1 then years later I was already married to your sister and tasted your cooking and told Stacy yup bae I think I really got the wrong sister she had a better butt and cooks better and she told you what I said and we all laughed I wish we could go back to those days you were such a good person I wish this didn't happen to you I promise you this though that me and your sister Stacy will be there and try to take care of your boys as good as u did I Know that will be hard cuz they were your everything and you did so much for them we gonna miss you rest up angel hopefully we will all see u again !!!😇🙏🏽🌹💐

I was sooo happy Teeny came out to this event with us...finally lol!  We laughed, we danced and we had such an amazing night and I feel joy every time I look back at this picture! This is how I'll always remember you--smiling and enjoying life! 💜

Love you Sybil.  You will forever be missed and always loved.  Wish we had more time together.  When I first met Sybil, she set her older sister Alena straight.  She said don't feed my brother-in-law ramen water.  She took my bowl and hooked up one of the best ramen bowls ever.  Love you  sis, R.I.P. 😇 🪽

I remember Sybil so vividly from high school. She was stunning inside and out. She had such a beautiful spirit. Whenever I would see her she would always say hi and ask me how I was doing. While it’s been years - high school so literally years, since I’ve seen her, y’all were old - but seeing this still hits, because she carried such a beautiful, warm light. I’m sending everyone who loved Sybil and the pleasure of being loved by her so much strength and love right now. I’m so grateful to have known her even for a short while. 💗

My heart weighs heavy as a write this in disbelief. Sybil was a beautiful person. She was one of my first childhood friends growing up. She was such a beautiful  and vibrant  soul with a smile that could light up the darkest room. I will always cherish the great memories and adventures we went on growing up. I love you Sybil. May you rest in peace. Gone but never forgotten.

You were one of those beautiful souls that brought a light so great into this world that even though you’re gone the light remains.
