OSBOURNE, Richard V. “Rick”, 65, went to be with his Lord and Savior on June 19, 2015. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years Betty and his two sons, Chris and Tracy and many nieces and nephews. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Visitation will take place Thursday, June 25, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Garden of Memories Funeral Home 4207 E. Lake Avenue Tampa, FL 33610. Funeral service will be same day 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home followed by burial at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
