Mary Aileen Mayer

Mayer, Mary Aileen 84 died Tuesday July 2, 2019. Aileen is survived by her beloved children her son Thomas (Mary Anna) and daughters Christina and Aileen. Grand children Janet Woodruff (Trey) and Charlton Mayer. Great grandchildren London and Camden Woodruff and many loving nieces and nephews. Aileen was born and raised in Pittsburgh PA. She was a successful business owner of Children's Corner Pre-School in Ligonier PA. After moving to Florida in 1979 she spent much of her time volunteering with the Friend to Friend Program in Tampa, a Christian Clown, and Gulf Breeze Hospital receptionist. While living in The Villages Aileen spent endless hours volunteering at St. Theresa’s Catholic church soup kitchen. Aileen is preceded in death by her parents Sally and Edward Feeney, her Aunt Florence Feeney, husbands Thomas Charlton and Robert Mayer, her brother Anthony Feeney and sister Catherine Walsh.

Aileen and her loving husband Rob will be laid to rest Friday August 30th, 11:00am at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
