Maria Esther Colon, age 84, of Tampa, Florida passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2022. Maria was born July 27, 1937 in Salinas, Puerto Rico. She was predeceased by her husband Santos Colon SR., her children Angel Manuel Colon, Froilan Ortiz, & Miriam Williams, and her grand daughter Amanda Damaris Colon. Maria is survived by her son Santos Colon Jr., her brother Josue Santiago, 7 grand children, 18 great grandchildren & 1 great great grand child.
A visitation for Maria will be held Sunday, July 24, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home, 7209 North Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, FL 33614. A funeral service will occur Sunday, July 24, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, 7209 North Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, FL 33614. A committal service will occur Sunday, July 24, 2022 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Sunset Memory Gardens, 11005 N US 301, Thonotosassa, FL 33592.
