Although it is 3years later, I would be remiss I I did not pay tribute to this loving and beautiful lady who had the biggest impact on my life. I was thinking of her today and decided to look her up, much to my dismay she has transitioned into the arms of the Lord. She was my 3rd grade teacher (she wasMs. Register then) at Cuesta Elementary and showed me so much love and encouragement. I love her and honor the she showed me and helped me to be the successful woman I am today.  Rest in heaven my angel 😇 ♥️

I was a hostess at The Fresh Harvest buffet at The Hard Rock. I just wanted to write how Al & Lucille impacted my life even though I only knew them for a short time. Lucille would always ask us when our birthdays were so she could write them all down & bring us gifts. This shocked me because I didn’t think I was anything special…I was just a hostess at a restaurant…I thought she would write them down and never get around to it. But she did. To my surprise she gifted me a beautiful necklace that I still have till this day. She also sent me a card in the mail when I got married…And like I said, She barely even knew me. But she had a heart of gold. 
What I’m trying to say is that Al & Lucille were both the sweetest & most kind customers that I ever had. Since Fresh Harvest, I have now moved on to bigger & better things…But today I was cleaning my home office and found the card that Lucille had sent. I thought I would look her up & see how she was doing but found this obituary. My heart breaks. I just wanted to say that they made such a positive impact on my life and I will never forget them both.

My sons, my daughters-in-law, my grandchildren and I are so saddened by the passing of Lucy.  Lucy was the first neighbor who welcomed Manuel, RIP, and I into the neighborhood.  We were newlyweds then.  My sons and grandchildren grew up with Lucy and Al in their lives.  Manuel and I and Lucy and Al enjoyed many fun times together.  Lucy is now with her beloved Al.  May they rest in peace.

She was predeceased in death by her husband, Alfred.
She is survived by her nephews, Victor Caruso, Jr. and Leo Caruso as well as other family and loving friends.
