Lloyd was born in Chicago, IL to Ann and Lloyd Bailey in April of 1948. He has been married to his loving wife Carol for 51 years. He worked at Bell Financial Corporation for many years and loved his job and his coworkers.
Lloyd enjoyed sports, particularly Rays Baseball and Tampa Bay Buccaneers Football. He took great pride in detailing his family vehicles over the years - giving them the cleanest cars in town. He was an avid TV and movie buff and enjoyed spending quality time with his family.
Lloyd is survived by his wife Carol, daughter Erica, his brothers Steve (Charlene), Jim, and Bruce. In addition, he is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law including Sandy, Elaine (Ken), Sharon, Jackie, Tom (Terri), Linda, Scott (Ester), and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation for LLoyd will be held on Friday March 17th 4pm - 4:30pm at the Blount & Curry Funeral Home - Carrollwood at 3207 W. Bearss Ave. Tampa, FL 33618. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 4:30pm, with Lloyd’s brother-in-law, Pastor Scott, officiating the service, which a reception to follow the service from 5pm - 7pm.
