Linda Peek entered into eternity on October 27, 2022. She leaves behind her husband Robert of 16 years, her son (Christopher), two brothers (Keith and Robert), and two grandchildren (Blake and Lauren). She was preceded in death by both her parents (Doris and Robert). Linda was born in Tampa, Florida and owned and operated a family business (Nieman Electric Motor) in partnership with her brother Keith.

Linda loved the Lord with all her heart and fiercely loved her family. She enjoyed volunteering her time to her church family and had the heart of a servant. Linda loved to cook for her family and friends. Her laughter would ring throughout the house while sharing stories around the table for hours. Linda enjoyed camping with her husband, shopping with her granddaughter Lauren, and loved watching the sunset at the beach. She enjoyed the holidays and loved baking and buying gifts for her family. Linda was always just a phone call away and would drop everything to come to the rescue for her family and friends.

Linda cherished her role as “Memaw” to Blake and Lauren. They were the light in her life, and she treasured every moment spent with them. Anyone who knew Linda knew that her family was her greatest joy. Her heart felt prayers and encouragement never failed. Linda gave her all to her family with every ounce of her being and made them feel like they could conquer the world. She was the wind beneath their wings and will be dearly missed.

“Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.” Psalm 23: 4,6

A visitation for Linda will be held Thursday, November 3, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Blount & Curry Funeral Home-Carrollwood Chapel, 3207 W Bearss Ave, Tampa, Florida 33618.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 3207 W Bearss Ave, Tampa, Florida 33618.

A graveside service will occur Thursday, November 3, 2022 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 S. W. 102nd Ave, Bushnell, Florida 33513.
