Clifton Trimble, 88, of Tampa, FL passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2017. Visitation (1:00 PM) and Service (2:00 PM) will be held at Garden of Memories Funeral Home in Tampa, FL on Monday, 1/16/2017 with burial following. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Louise Trimble of Tampa, FL; one son & daughter-in-law, John & Lin Trimble of Tampa, FL; three grandchildren, Andrew, Leo and Jessie Trimble; one brother & his wife, Tom (Glenna) Trimble; two brothers-in-law & their wives: Bill (Jo) Harris & Jack (Nancy) Harris; Nieces & Nephews: Beth (Monte) Tatom, Peggy (Randy) Noblitt, James (Lynn) Trimble, Julie (Mark) Minges, Diane (Keith) Herzberg, Dave (Phyllis) Harris, Mark Harris, & Billy (Dawn) Harris; several cousins & many friends. He was a member of the Central Church of Christ in Tampa, FL. Dr. Trimble served as a professor for many years at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama.
