Joe Santiago Colon

Joe was the eldest of 6 siblings. He enjoyed tinkering, repairing small engines, fishing, and drawing.

As a mechanic, there wasn't an engine he did not enjoy tearing apart and rebuilding.

Joe is preceded in death by his dad, Jose and his son Joe.

He is survived by his mother Teodosia "Dora" Rivera, siblings; Marilyn, Esther, Sandra, William, and John, daughter Letty Satterfield, grandchildren; Alyssa Rivera, Mariah Rivera, Dylan Bailey, Dominic Rivera, Aiden Pledger, and Silus Pledger, numerous nieces and nephews and a large extended family.

A visitation for Joe will be held Thursday, May 30, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Blount & Curry Funeral Home at Garden of Memories, 4207 East Lake Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33610. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 2:00 PM at Garden of Memories Cemetery, 4207 East Lake Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33610.
