Jacque, as she was known to her family and friends, was the daughter of Brenda and James (Jim) Piche’. Jacque became a Piche’ when she asked her dad, Jim, to adopt her. Jacque married FSU graduate Trey McKelvin in October of 1996. Just over two years later, they gave birth to their eldest son George, better known as Mac, followed by the younger of their two boys, Mason. Jacque was a hard-working, devoted, and loving wife and mother. She gave everything in her life to her 3MB, or 3 McKelvin Boys, as she typically referred to them.
While on Earth, Jacque constantly proved that through hard work, anything can be achieved. Jacque was well known for being a doer; in her work, in her home, and in life. She would always go above and beyond for those around her, and she always had a way of knowing just what someone needed no matter the time and place.
Jacque dedicated her life to bringing order to all chaos, from her boys, to her house, to her workplace. She excelled in the world of professional sports, creating and cultivating long-lasting relationships. Jacque worked diligently every day of her life and through every promotion and opportunity created by her endless success, she gave back to her loved ones in the form of everlasting memories.
We remember Jacque for the legacy of love she has left behind. Her two sons, Mac and Mason, as her pride and joy, and her husband, Trey, as her best friend. Jacque’s parents, Brenda and Jim Piche’, older brother, Alexander Edwards, and baby sister and brother-in-law Jayme and Jason Roper survive Jacque and carry her memory through life with their own families. Though Jacque never had a daughter of her own, she had 5 nieces to spoil and dote on, a loving nephew, as well as her loving dog, Harley. Beyond these listed, Jacque touched the lives of countless people; family and friends alike.
We miss Jacque in life, but her love and memory will carry on through her family and friends. Jacque provided us all with a great light; she will shine on forever in our hearts.
