Felix was born in Habana, Cuba, the son of the late Victorino and Amada (Negrin) Perez. He moved from Spain to Tampa in 1983. He worked as a Senior Civil Engineer for Hillsborough County’s Public Works Roadways Department.
He is survived by his wife, Diana Perez; his daughter, Maria T. Perez and her husband, Sam Zambon; his sister, Amada Perez Negrin; and many godson, cousins, good friends and coworkers. He was predeceased by his son, Luis F. Perez.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 18, 2024, 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 3012 W. Cherry St, Tampa, FL 33607.
