Billie Rae Pla

Billie Rae Kegley Pla 35, residing in Tampa FL passed away November 1, 2021 from on going medical issues. She was born September 14, 1986 and leaves behind her only child, a 7 year old son Luke Japheth Pla of Tampa. He was the love of her life.

She is preceded in death by her father William Ray Kegley and both sets of grandparents. She is survived by her son Luke, her mother Rhonda McRae from Tampa, brother Zachary Closser of Brandon, brother Seth Kegley & sister-in-law Jennifer Kegley, whom she loved like a sister, from Stuart Florida, as well as her great friend and amazing caretaker Mitchell Resor, who was her lifeline. If it wasn't for him, we would have probably lost her much sooner. She also leaves behind nephews: Max and Jaxen Kegley of Stuart and Gideon Closser of Murphy, NC, along with her nieces: Hollyn Kegley of Stuart and Davie Closser of Murphy NC.

Billie Rae was very kind and loving. She truly tried to make a difference in lives of those that suffered the same illnesses that she fought so hard to overcome. The Lord decided she had fought long enough and decided to take her home. For those of us left behind we will miss her dearly but know we will see her again some day. Billie, we love you more than you'll ever know.
